Thanks to the incorporation of an antimicrobial preservative prevents the development of bacteria that are deposited in the paint. It is an ideal product for any place where it is sought that the surfaces remain cleaner and hygienic even after numerous washes, such as hospitals, operating rooms, nurseries, geriatric centers, kitchens, etc.

Antimicrobial preservative:

The preservative with silver ions has proven its effectiveness against the main bacteria present in our environment, such as Salmonella, E.Coli, Legionella and a broad spectrum of up to more than 50 known bacteria. It is durable and very active, so that when incorporated, it remains effective throughout the life of the paint.

EasyClean Technology:

Our exclusive technology developed by Jafep greatly prevents the absorption of dirt inside the paint layer, thus facilitating cleaning with a simple pass of a damp cloth and without the need to rub. In combination with the antimicrobial preservative, it makes it one of the most hygienic alternatives to cover walls and ceilings of any room.

Aplicación:

On new surfaces of cement, concrete, fiber cement, etc. and interiors of plaster, prefabricated, wood and metals treated properly, as for example: Sealer in wood and agglomerates; Primer on iron; Fixing background on plaster and putties.

Modo de empleo:

ON NEW CLEAN, DRY AND EXEMPT SURFACES OF OXIDE, FAT OR SALITRE OF:

Cement and concrete: Once set. Directly, diluting up to 10% for the first layer.

Plaster, plaster or wood: Fixing or sealing previously with appropriate products for each case. Diluting up to 10% in the first hand.

ON PAINTED OLD SURFACES:

With paints in good quality: Wash and sand gently, putty if necessary and then apply.

With paintings in poor condition: Remove and proceed as a new surface. If alkalinity is detected in the support, it must be corrected.
